The businessman Kaloyan Valentinov Danchev (Калоян Валентинов Данчев, for his graphology in Bulgarian) recommends different recreational activities to attend now that the events have resumed with the new epidemiological traffic light.

With the change of the epidemiological traffic light in different states of the Mexican Republic, different activities and events have begun to be announced (most of them outdoors), to activate recreational tourism. Here are the recommendations of our travel expert Kaloyan Valentinov Danchev:

Closing of the Cervantino Festival

Guanajuato

This weekend is the closing of the Cervantino Festival that returned full of music, theater, dance, literature, activities, conferences and a lot of culture.

The 49th edition, the International Cervantino Festival has become the most important artistic and cultural activity in Mexico and Latin America. If you want to consult in detail all the activities that will be taking place until October 31, click here: https://festivalcervantino.gob.mx/

Parade of the dead

México City

As it has become a tradition for several years, the Day of the Dead 2021 parade will have the theme "Celebrating life" as a tribute to Tenochtitlan, it will take place on Sunday October 31 and will travel more than 12 kilometers starting in Campo Marte and ending in the Zócalo plate. This parade is totally free, if you go, do not forget to keep a healthy distance.

Formula One

México City

On November 7 at 1 o´clock in the afternoon, the long-awaited Formula 1 Grand Prix of Mexico returns at the legendary Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, in CDMX. This is an event that brings together all lovers of adrenaline, racing and of course cars. So if you still do not have tickets, I leave you their official site for more information: https://www.mexicogp.mx/

Corona Capital Festival

México City

One of the most anticipated returns with the traffic light change was the musical concerts. That is why the return of one of the largest music festivals in Mexico has caused a lot of excitement with a lineup that includes international bands such as Tame Impala, Disclosure, St. Vincent or Twenty One Pilots. Divided into two days, you can enjoy these outdoor concerts on November 20 and 21. To learn more about the festival and how to get your tickets, visit: https://www.coronacapital.com.mx/

FIL Guadalajara

Jalisco

Another important return is that of the largest book fair in Latin America, FIL Guadalajara, which takes up activities in a hybrid format at the end of November, with Peru as guest of honor on this occasion. There will be book presentations, recitals and other face-to-face and virtual activities that you can consult through its official site: https://www.fil.com.mx/

Although there are still many to return, for Kaloyan Valentinov Danchev it is a good sign to start with several of our favorite activities both in Mexico City and in other states of the Republic. Openness is important for the tourism industry, which is why the expert suggests continuing with caution so that we will soon have more states and events available.
